You will receive a confirmation email of your order with your submitted information.


Please make sure your address and payment method are correct before checkout, as we try to ship within 1-3 working days. Change beyond that timeframe is beyond our control.

You will receive another email with your tracking information after we ship.

Shipping times vary according to your destination as well as other external causes, such as weather, holidays, the post office itself, and recently the pandemic.


International
shipping

Besides the information above, your package will also go through customs and domestic delivery in your country.

Possibility of custom fees and time stuck in customs will vary and are out of our control,
but our international orders have had few issues so we appreciate your patience!

Currently, our international packages shipped from the US are through Asendia USA.
You will be able to track your items from the top right corner here that says “Tracking” with the tracking numbers provided in your order email.


UNRECEIVED PACKAGES

We are fully responsible for your package until it’s processed by the shipping carrier.

From this point, the carrier is liable for transit and delivery. Inquiries will be most efficiently solved by contacting the postal service directly.

If you have yet received your package, please at first make sure the average timeframe for receiving packages has passed — usually a week for US packages, and up to 4+ weeks for international orders (currently varying due to the pandemic.) Please then check the tracking website to make sure the package has been marked as delivered or if there are documented issues with their delivery.

If all conditions apply, please call and speak to a postal worker, or visit your local post office in person, as sometimes they hold undelivered packages and will be able to give you more information. It is difficult for us to attain more information about your package long-distance, so this will be the most efficient method.

If all do not work, feel free to file a claim to USPS or email us and we can help you with the process.

from taiwan

For orders shipped from Taiwan, please note the following differences:


Your order will be shipped via Taiwan (Chunghwa Post) and transferred to your domestic carrier. The package is trackable via Chunghwa Post and Aftership, but for your domestic carrier it is unable to be tracked online and you will, unfortunately, need to call the post office.

If you run into any trouble tracking your package please just email us and we will do it for you.
We understand the Chunghwa Post website is a little hard to navigate.

On either tracking website, unfortunately for some reason, they do not update when the package is delivered. When you see “Receptacle Received”, it means your package has been received by a domestic carrier (USPS) and is on the way to you, and NOT that it has been delivered to your door. We apologize for this system and hope you understand. Usually, the package will be delivered to you within the domestic delivery timeframe upon seeing this update.


The estimated delivery time for international packages is 2-4 weeks, sometimes faster or slower varying especially the pandemic. By area, some deliveries require your signature upon delivery, if you are not home for delivery they will leave you a note and deliver again, or will need you for pickup at your local post office for the safety of your package. 

We have experienced little problems with shipping from Taiwan so don’t worry :)
